  2. What is human right?? All human beings are born free and equal in dignity and rights. They are endowed with reason and conscience and should act towards one another in a spirit of brotherhood.

Human rights in western • Regulation about Human Right create by human. • The way to expand their authority in worldwide and it just comodity to western to build immperealism • There was influnced by stakeholder and state. Implementation of Human Right can’t imply separate from politic and economic interest.

  4. Three classification of human right in western Based on material right : safe, respectability, and moral rights, include religion, sosial, society. Freedom of personal life, freedom of religion, freedom of create comission. Freedom to create state coordination to citizen interest and freedom to give service to citizen

  5. Human right in islam • In Islam, all about Human right granted by God. • Differ with western concept, Human Right in Islam concept very perfect, clear and holy. In Islam, all rigth are state obligation and individual could not be ignored.

Human Right in Islam Definition of Human Right in Islam Islam has laid down universal and fundamental rights for humanity as a whole, which are to be observed and respected under all circumstances.  These basic rights are associated with Islamic faith and belief because they are divinely ordained.  Thus, human rights in Islam are religious obligations, meaning that it is obligatory for every Muslim to protect them and restore them if they are violated.

The Right to Life and Propherty • Islam prohibits homicide but allows only one exception, that the killing is done in the due process of law which the Quran The Law of God categorically declares "Do not devour one another's wealth by false and illegal means" (2:188). • Besides that, Islam declare that the taking of people's possessions or property is completely prohibited unless they are acquired by lawful means as permitted in the Laws of God.

The security of personal freedom • Rights granted by Islam is that a woman's chastity has to be respected and protected under all circumstanes • Islam has clearly and categorically forbidden the primitive practice of capturing a free man, to make him a slave or to sell him into slavery. Prophet says: "There are three categories of people against whom I shall myself be a plaintiff on the Day of Judgement. Of these three, one is he who enslaves a free man, then sells him and eats this money"

  10. The freedom of association, making organization and parties • Islam has also given people the right to freedom of association andformation of parties or organizations. This right is also subject tocertain general rules. Al Quran says : “You are the best community which has been brought forth for mankind. You command what is proper and forbid what is improper and you believe in God ... (3:110)
