Print Team Member Name: Date: Electric Hydraulic Scissor Tables & Lifts • When operating the Hydraulic Table (used for the flat apparel set-ups) or the lifts to the Orbiculights, please follow these simple Safety tips: • This is not a personnel lift. There is no standing, sitting or lying on the tables or lifts at any time for any reason. • Never go under the platform. • Keep objects clear of the table or lifts pathway that moves up or down. • Never operate a lift unless you are the one watching it. • Never continue to hold down the UP control if unit is not raising. • Stand to the side while operating. Stay clear of any moving parts. • Never use the lift if it is making unusual noises or is need of repair. Report any damaged or malfunctioning equipment to the Equipment Supervisor or Senior person.
