About the Harlem Business Alliance • HBA is a non-profit, 501(c)(3) business association that was developed to establish Harlem as an economically self-sustaining business community, and to respond to the desire to have a greater involvement in the economic development and vitality of New York City. • Its mission is to develop, educate, advocate and enhance the economic status of the Harlem business community by strengthening its membership and creating an environment that produces successful entrepreneurs. • Harlem Business Alliance is “Leading the Way through Partnership” literally.
