  4. 02Efforts to Encourage Green Development Environmental Inspection from Central Government • Covering 31 provinces, • Solving more than 80,000 environmental issues • 18,000 people have been identified to be accountable for their acts • Reviewing issues that have been found to check the results of correcting measures • Pilot environmental inspection launched in Hebei Province December, 2015 July, 2015 End of 2017 October, 2018 2016-2017 May, 2018 • The central leading team for comprehensively deepening reform reviewed and approved the Environmental Protection Inspection Program (Trial) • 2198 industrial parks have finished building integrated sewage treatment facilities • 2128 industrial parks have installed automatic online monitoring devices • Reviewing issues that have been found to check the results of correcting measures
