He is a confident, skilful and persuasive communicator with a proven track record of influencing sustainable organisational change. A successful leadership coach and high level facilitator working with individuals and teams to improve performance and unlock potential. Between 2001 and 2010, Carl was the principal Leadership programme designer for the Metropolitan Police Service in London. His success at designing practical, transformational learning experiences, supported by qualified and regarded leadership coaches changed the way Police leadership development has been delivered to over 15,000 people across the United Kingdom. As a founder member of the Metropolitan Police Leadership Academy Carl was responsible for the design of the learning environment and values based transformational leadership programmes, staff training and selection. With his passion for creating the ‘delegate experience’, knowledge of current leadership thinking and eye for detail, he created a programme that influenced and inspired tangible and sustainable cultural change.
