ADAPTABILITY*4: objectives To promote an exchange of experiences and know how on models and tools to improve adaptability of workers and enterprises To identify good practices at local level focusing on 3 different aspects of adaptability (negotiation and social dialogue, innovative training models, advanced management models) To disseminate the best practice to other members of the network Plenary Session - Equal Transnational Network ADAPTABILITY*4

ADAPTABILITY*4: activities Establishment of 3 working groups for the identification and dissemination of good practices: - WG1:Negotiation and social dialogue, flexibility, restructuring and conciliation (GESCANT) - WG2:Innovative training models (ADAPNA) - WG3: Advanced management models (OR-BITS) Plenary Session - Equal Transnational Network ADAPTABILITY*4

ADAPTABILITY*4: activities Establishment of a Steering Committee for the coordination and monitoring of activities (chaired by hosting DP) Establishment of a technical secretariat in charge of the development and implementation of the project web site and of the Learning Diary (covered by Sky) Organization of 2 plenary sessions for the kick off and the conclusion of the project’s activities Evaluation of the whole process (responsibility of SC, tools prepared by OR-BITS) Plenary Session - Equal Transnational Network ADAPTABILITY*4
