  1. 溶组织内阿米巴 、结肠内阿米巴 • （一）目的要求： • 1.掌握溶组织内阿米巴和结肠内阿米巴碘液染色的包囊形态及鉴别特征。 • 2.了解经铁苏木素染色后融组织内阿米巴和结肠内阿米巴滋养体及包囊的形态及鉴别特征。 • 3.了解阿米巴滋养体的活动特点。 • 4.了解粪便内其它非治病阿米巴的碘液染色包囊的形态特征

  2. （二）实验内容 • 1.自看标本：包囊（碘液染色涂片标本） • 2.示教标本：滋养体（铁苏木素染色玻片标本） • 包囊（铁苏木素染色玻片标本） • 阿米巴肠溃疡、阿米巴肝脓肿（病理标本）

  3. 红细胞 核 食物泡 内质 外质 溶组织内阿米巴 (Entamoeba histolytica) 一、形态 滋养体 (trophozoite)

  4. 细胞核 红细胞 组织型滋养体

  5. 不含红细胞 肠腔型滋养体 活体

  6. 糖原泡 核 拟染色体 单核包囊 双核包囊 成熟包囊 包囊 (cyst)

  7. 拟染色体 单核包囊 双核包囊 糖原泡 成熟包囊

  8. 阿米巴性肝脓肿病人

  9. 结肠内阿米巴 (Entamoeba coli) 一、形态 滋养体 (trophozoite)
