  3. Lighting • Use of T5 energy saving lightings at back of house • Use of energy saving light bulbs in guest rooms as practicable

  4. Zonal lighting at night time for in corridors on guest floors • Use of LED lighting for Christmas decorations at backyard • Reduce lighting in suitable locations

Air Conditioning • Use of water-cool based chillers • Management of chillers based upon demand loading • Heat recovery from chillers for heat pump • Increase temperature setback for chillers • Installation of digital thermostat to control temperature at back of house (with default temperature output) • Default thermostat setting in guest rooms without key card

  6. Waste Management • Active participation in recycling • Paper, Plastics, Metals L10 Officer Tower Guest Floors Centralized Recycling Bins Hotel Back of House

  7. Waste Management • Recycling of Glass Drink Bottles

  8. Waste Management • Recycling of Printer Cartridges
