  4. Too long paragraphs and text transitions • The closest approximation of behavioral thresholds with the ASSR technique was at 1000 Hz whilst the poorest approximation was at 500 Hz. In an analysis of the difference between ASSR approximations of behavioral thresholds in the left ears (n=6) compared to the right ears (n=6) a slight increase in difference scores were noticed at all frequencies in the right ear. This may in part be attributed to higher modulation frequencies for the test frequencies in the right ear (91-99 Hz) compared to the modulation frequencies in the left ear (82-89 Hz). The sample, however, is too small to substantiate this inference.
