General information NSHE provides insurance coverage to employees traveling to Foreign Countries at no cost to employee Current Insurer is ACE USA, effective 3/1/14 Additional travel benefits are provided through Global Executive Support Services and Europ Assistance USA Emergency Medical and Political Evacuations are included Kidnap and Ransom Services are included

ACE USA Insurance Products include: • Voluntary Workers' Compensation for permanent residents of the U.S. temporarily overseas • General liability including personal injury with limits of $1,000,000 • Damage to premises we rent in amount of $250,000 • Premise medical expense coverage in the amount of $10,000 • Accidental death and dismemberment coverage in the amount of $10,000 per employee

ACE USA Cont. • Covered employees: Employees who are a U.S. of Canadian citizen or resident • Covered countries: Anywhere in the world, except the U.S., its territories, possessions and Puerto Rico, or Canada or and any country or jurisdiction with any trade sanction, embargo, or similar regulation imposed by the U.S. applies to and prohibits the transactions of business with or within that country or jurisdiction.

Emergency Political evacuations IJET Intelligent Risk Systems is the provider as accessed through Europ Assist All evacuations must be ordered by an authorized representative of the insured i.e. Risk Manager or President or their designee and pre-approved by insurer. Traveler should communicate dangerous situations immediately to initiate assistance

  11. Kidnap and ransom Coverage incudes up to $1 Million per person and $ 5 Million Aggregate Services Provided by “red24KRE” based out of South Africa. Includes 3 teams: Customer Service Analytical and Intelligence Security Pre-Incident Services, including Close Protection (body guarding) are included and available Website: www.red24.com/kre
