TCR Market Trials • TCR Survey • Sent July 26thand requestingMP input in order to: • Gauge MP comfort level with moving forward (recommending ‘Go’) with financially-binding TCRs in the Integrated Marketplace • Analyze MP concerns regarding the ARR/TCR process and Market Trials progress • Solicit suggestions to better position SPP’s TCR Market for Go-Live success • Please respond to the TCR Survey by Friday, August 2nd • August Incremental ARR Allocation • Allocation Window – August 5th • Results Posted – August 8th Brett Crane

Extended Connectivity Testing • ECT Preparation (complete no later than 8/2): • Complete Connectivity Test Checklists and return to SPP • LSA User Role Setup • OATI and CROW System Access Requests (if applicable) • XML Notification Listeners (if applicable) • ECT Test Execution (occurs between 8/5 and 8/30): • MPs have been assigned a week during test execution time frame to perform their testing. • Weekly Execution Assignments • Tests are performed independently during the assigned week.   9. Settlements in SMT • On August 12 we will begin publishing daily settlements for Operating Day 8/5/2013 forward. • A mix of representative data and actual upstream data will be used. • Details about data quality will be covered during next weeks update. Tony Alexander

Settlements Scenario Facts • SPP expects 80-90% of the Settlements Scenarios/Charge Types will occur naturally during August. • We will perform a gap analysis to determine which Scenarios/Charge Types have not occurred and create a plan for triggering the remaining Scenarios/Charge Types during September.   22. 12.0 OOME Re-Testing OOME Re-test Appointments • Individual appointments already scheduled with applicable MPs • MT Liaisons should gather the staff who can make these verifications at their organizations for these calls • SPP will issue and verify OOME activity. Expected Result • SPP Operators will issue the out of merit dispatch instruction via phone call to MP and receive a start and stop time. • MP will receive the OOME instruction and OOME flag will be activated via ICCP and XML • SPP Operators will remove the OOME instruction • MP resource dispatch will go back to honoring the Real Time offer data MP Activities: MPs with Resources • Offer resources as normal • Observe OOME instruction and flag during OOME period Alan Adams
