  3. Business speeddating– the setting • The meeting room isorganised with: • 29 numberedtablesfor one-to –onemeetings. Some additional non numberedtableswill be free and available for additionalinformalmeetings • Badges with Ref. Numbers for eachparticipant to allow the easieridentification of yourmacthes • A noisemaker to announce the end of each meeting round and launch the nextone • NEXT peopleavailable to supportyou

  4. Business speeddating– rules of the game • The organizeroffers to the registeredparticapants: • 8 pre-arranged (max.) and validatedmeetingsfor eachorganization. Eachmeetings can last no more than10-12 minutes! • Detailedscheduling of the meetings (eachparticipanthasbeenprovided in advance with itsmeetings agenda to «stay on track» ) • Catalogue of allregisteredparticipants(to be provided on site)and some free time for additionalinformalmeetings • Time keeping service.A noisemakerwillannounce the end of the currentmeetings and launch the next round.

  5. Business speeddating– rules of the game • The participantsshould: • Bring with him/her the meeting agenda sent in advance • Put on the badge providedwith the Ref. Number • Follow the schedule offeredpayingattention to be on time to eachmeeting and in the right table. Any delay on the schedule willnegatively impact on your and yourpeers’ agenda!!! • Payattention to the noisemakerthat set the end of the current meeting and launch the next round. • Make use of the Catalogue for arrangingadditionalinformalmeetingsifyouhavespare time in your agenda.
