Engineering, design, drafting, and production resources available as-needed. October 2016 Production cryomodules ready for installation and testing. October 2014 Production cryomodule parts in-house (not including cavities). October 2013 Production cryomodule parts ordered. June 2013 Production cryomodule design complete. May 2017 Prototype cryomodule is ready for installation in the beamline. Nov. 2015 Cryovessel is delivered to FNAL. Cryomodule assembly components are in house. Cryomodule assembly starts. Feb. 2014 Cryovessel order is placed. Oct. 2013 Cryovessel design is complete.

Design and Fabrication ScheduleFrom July 2011 PXIE Cryomodule Design Meeting November 2016 10 SSR0 ready for cryomodule assembly November 2015 SSR0 jacketed cavity tests start in cryostat August 2015 SSR0 Jacketing starts June 2015 SSR0 VTS testing starts March 2015 SSR0 processing starts Dec 2014 SSR0 order is received April 2014 SSR0 Production order is placed (~12 cavities) January 2014 Prototype SSR0 cavity is jacketed and is tested in cryostat. Design modification period starts. June 2013 SSR0 prototype cavity is processed / VTS-tested. Dec 2012 SSR0 Prototype cavity is received Dec. 2011 SSR0 prototype cavity order is placed. June. 2016 Couplers are ready for installation Dec. 2015 Production couples test and processing start Dec. 2014 Order is placed for SSR0 production coupler fabrication Dec. 2013 Prototype coupler is tested. Design modification period starts. Nov. 2012 Prototype coupler is ordered Dec. 2011 Power coupler design is complete

March 2014 Order is placed for production focusing lens fabrication Nov. 2013 Prototype focusing lens is tested. Design modification period starts. July 2013 Prototype SSR0 lens is tested. Design modifications start. May 2013 Prototype lens fabrication starts. Oct. 2012 SSR0 lens design is complete Sept. 2012 Focusing lens design is complete May 2012 Lens concept is proposed March 2012 Lens fringe magnetic field requirement is finalized Dec. 2011 Lens cooling scheme is finalized Oct. 2011 Quench protection solution is found Dec 2014 Alignment procedures and techniques are finalized. Equipment procurement starts June 2013 Long base alignment test is made; Alignment system design starts Nov. 2011 Alignment study for the SSR0 cryomodule is complete

Design and Fabrication Schedule PXIE Cryomodule Design Meeting • Assume: • Dressed cavities are available as-needed. • 1 SSR1 cryomodule with 8 cavities, 4 solenoids. • Engineering, design, drafting, and production resources availableas-needed. • June 2013 Production cryomodule design complete. • October 2013 Production cryomodule parts ordered. • October 2014 Production cryomodule parts in-house (not including cavities). • October 2016 Production cryomodules ready for installation and testing.
