  3. Objective The Objective of this presentation is to provide necessary information for all member states and Territories to commence there planning for the 2014 NSW Australian Masters Squash Championships in NSW

  4. Introductory comments On behalf of the NSW Masters President, Mr Richard Best, the Tournament Director Mr Dick Best, the 2014 Australian Championships Organising Committee and Members of the NSW MSA

Message from Monica Morse Mayor Bathurst Council On behalf of the people of the Bathurst Region I would like to extend a warm invitation to you all to come to Bathurst for the Australian Masters New South Wales Masters Squash Association tournament in September 2014. We know that not only will you enjoy some great competition and camaraderie amongst friends but you will have a wonderful time in our historic and beautiful region. Our region of over 40,000 residents enjoy a relaxing regional lifestyle complemented by the kind of first class facilities you would expect in a fast growing regional city.

  7. Important facts for the 2014 Championships The Championships will be held for the first time since 2005 at Central Coast NSW

  8. Where? Bathurst NSW Panthers Leagues Club  Orange Squash Centre Wallerawang Squash Centre Blayney Squash Centre

  9. When? The Australian Masters Individual Championships will commence 1st September to 5th September 2014. Interstate team series will be from 8th September to 12th September inclusive.

  10. Where is Bathurst? Bathurst is situated in Central Western NSW, approximately 3.5 hours drive from Sydney Airport. The main road is Great Western Highway over the Blue Mountains via Lithgow.

  13. Facts about Bathurst Squash. With the addition of the All Glass show court being erected inside the club as court number 5 . 3 Courts available at Blayney (30 mins away) 4 courts available at Wallerawang (35 mins away) 6 Courts at Orange (40 Minutes away) 100 KLM’s Zones NO TRAFFIC

  15. Social Functions All formal Functions (3) run by NSW MSA will be held at Panthers Leagues Club Bathurst. NSW. Welcome function is being held at Mt Panorama Motor Museum

  17. Players welcome • This will be conducted on 31st August 2014 at the Mt Panorama Motor Museum. • The welcome will start at 6PM and finish at 8PM • The President of AMSA Mr Peter Wright, will officially open the2014 Australian Masters Squash Championships

AMSA Individual Dinner Dance • The end of the first week culminates in the holding of this event. • This evening will see the presentation of Individual trophies from AMSA to open winner divisions • Presentation of the Judith Goadby Memorial award • Presentation of the 10, 15 and 20 year participation badges

  19. Wrinkley’s Revue • This is a yearly revue from ALL States and Territories and showcases the talents from each Group. • The revue will begin at 7.30PM • Panthers League Club Bathurst • A night of frivolity will be had by all.

AMSA Interstate Team Dinner Dance • 2014 Championships will conclude with a Dinner Dance • Final opportunity for players and friends to say farewell for another year. • Function will start @ 6.30Pm for 7.00PM start at Panthers Leagues Club Bathurst. • This is the formal handover of the Championship banner to the next state (WA) from NSW President Disk Best to (President WA)
