  2. prom • Check your student email for all information pertaining to prom. •  Any questions, email or see Ms. Morrow or Ms. Russell.

  3. Final Exams for seniors

  4. Senior Failures • Monday, May 13, 2019 at 3:30 • All requirements must be met, including • credit recovery, to participate in  • Ceremony • NO MORE THAN 10 UNEXCUSED ABSENCES

  5. Final transcript requests • $2.00 per request – PINK form in counseling office  • This MUST be completed before you exit the building your last day of school.  • Final transcripts not complete until early June.

  6. OHS Fees and fines • Must be cleared at OHS • Includes cafeteria, library, textbooks, and uniforms • No money collected at rehearsal or graduation day • No diplomas will be issued or transcripts submitted until all fees are paid • Cash only

  7. cap and gown •  Must come from Josten’s. •  Delivery in main lobby all four lunches tomorrow. •  Hang up gown – no iron •  Name in cap •  Keep up with your tassel – they slide out easily and you don’t want to be without one.

Graduation Dress Code • Formal ceremony • Dress code: must meet OHS dress code requirements • Is strictly enforced • Mandatory check in • Out of dress code = not allowed to walk • Can not leave once checked in • No purses or personal items – dance studios will be locked, not able to unlock until ceremony is over

  10. Appropriate Dress • Males • Black dress pants • Collared dress shirt and tie – any color • Black dress shoes • Females • Black dress, skirt, or pants • Black dress shoes

  11. Appropriate dress, continued • NO TOMS, FLIP FLOPS, CHACOS OR TENNIS • SHOES • NO jeans or khakis • No hat decorations will be allowed

  12. Behavior • Inappropriate behavior will not be tolerated at graduation.

  13. Diploma Pick up • Immediately after ceremony • Same location as dress code check (aux. gym) • Must be cleared of all fines and fees owed

  15. gRADUATION • Wednesday, May 15th @ 7 PM • Murphy Center • MTSU • Be there by 6:00PM – if you are earlier wait in your car • BE ON TIME!  Parking on Greenland Dr., enter through • Loading dock of Greenland Dr. lot

  17. TN PROMISE MEETING • *  TOMORROW  • *  MAIN CAFETERIA • *  BE HERE AT 5:00 TO GET SIGNED IN • *  MEETING BEGINS PROMPTLY AT 5:30 • *  STUDENT MUST ATTEND IN PERSON • *  BE ON TIME AND STAY THE WHOLE TIME

  18. Come sign the list up front if you: Are going into the military immediately following graduation. Believe you have perfect attendance for all four years of high school.

  19. Graduation ceremony • NOT PLANNING TO PARTICIPATE? • LET MS. THOMPSON KNOW BY FRIDAY, MAY 3RD AT 3:30.
