  6. 由此圖可得知SOI BJT比Bulk BJT的Early Voltage高

  7. 當WE 比較大的時候Bulk BJT的fT會比較高

  8. 當WE 比較小的時候SOI BJT的fT會比較高

  9. 當WE 比較大的時候Bulk BJT的fmax會比較高

  10. 當WE 比較小的時候Bulk BJT的fmax會比較高

  11. 現今已有SOI MOS所以希望也有SOI BJT 可以應用在BiCOMS on SOI 目前還沒有完成模擬,因為還沒有辦法知道2002 IEEE BCTM這一篇的正確結構 Summary
