Risicokapitaal • Kapitaal en achtergestelde leningen • Meestal minderheidsaandeelhouder • Op maat • Zaaikapitaal, groeikapitaal, mbo’s, overnames, projectfinanciering • Investeringsbedrag € 50.000 tot € 20.000.000 • Investeringshorizon tussen 5 en 10 jaar (exit) • Aanvullend aan of hefboom voor andere funding • Maximaliseren van aandeelhouderswaarde met oog voor duurzame tewerkstelling
