  1. Click the Mouse to proceed to the next slide.

  2. The first requirement is to tell the “FACS” system about your business • To accomplish this you select the Maintenance Tab Click the Mouse to proceed to the next slide.

  3. Click on the Input My Company’s Data Button. Click the Mouse to proceed to the next slide.

  4. Insert your information about your company into the system with this easy to use form. When completed just click on the“Finished” button to continue. • It is mainly used for Letterhead on Billing and Reports. Click the Mouse to proceed to the next slide.

  5. Next, you need to enter information about the Client Companies that you do business with. Proceed to the Client company form by clicking this button. Click the Mouse to proceed to the next slide.

  6. Add or Change Client Companies that you do business with. • You can set a default charge for services that will automatically entered into the Assignment Record • The email address is used to send the completed Assignment Report Click the Mouse to proceed to the next slide.

  7. Next, you need to enter information about your Field Agents that you do business with. Proceed to the Field Agent input form by clicking this button. Click the Mouse to proceed to the next slide.

  8. This form is used to Input information about your Field Agents • The information is primary used to pay them and prepare tax documents. Click the Mouse to proceed to the next slide.

  9. Next, you need to enter information about the Types of Assignments that you perform. Proceed to the Assignment Types input form by clicking this button. Click the Mouse to proceed to the next slide.

  10. Enter the Types of Assignments that you perform along with a standard code. Click the Mouse to proceed to the next slide.

  11. The last button on this form can be used to force a backup to a backup server. • This example uses the domains web server for backups. Click the Mouse to proceed to the next slide.

  18. The Comments Tab is a convenient place to record notes about the assignment. • A Memo to the Insurance company can be generated here. • Clicking the Close Button will return you to the Main Menu Click the Mouse to proceed to the next slide.

  19. The Run Assignment Notification button is used to prepare a letter to the Field Agents listing their new assignments. • This process also updates the database that the record was assigned. Click the Mouse to proceed to the next slide.

  20. The Speed Bill button is used to quickly update the database that an assignment has been completed but has not be mailed. Click the Mouse to proceed to the next slide.

  21. The Prepare Transmittal button produces a report of completed assignments that can be mailed to the client. Click the Mouse to proceed to the next slide.

  22. The Assign Count button produces a statistical report of assignments for the current month broken down by day and summarized. Click the Mouse to proceed to the next slide.

  23. The Load Raw Web Orders button obtains the orders placed on the web site and loads them into a temporary table for review. Click the Mouse to proceed to the next slide.

  24. The Edit Raw Web Orders button lets staff review the order and allows them to added application specific information such as field agent. Click the Mouse to proceed to the next slide.

  25. The Format & Transfer Raw Web Orders moves these order to the assignments table for further processing with staff intervention • A report of orders tickets received from the web is printed. Click the Mouse to proceed to the next slide.

  26. Now is the time to issue bill and make and collect payments. Click the Mouse to proceed to the next slide.

  27. Now we prepare bills and set up Accruals to pay the Field Agents. • An invoice to your client is prepared and a receivable is created. • Accruals to pay agents are set up and a payable is created. Click the Mouse to proceed to the next slide.

  28. The Next button allows you to record Client payments in two ways Click the Mouse to proceed to the next slide.

  29. The First button provides an easy method when the Client pays a complete invoice. • You select the Client from the drop down list and then select the Bill from the list of active Bills provided. Click the Mouse to proceed to the next slide.

  30. The Second button provides a method when the Client pays a partial invoice. You can also get to partial payment from Complete Paysments. • You select the Client from the drop down list and are present with all assignments. You can click the Record Pay’t button or type in payment info. Click the Mouse to proceed to the next slide.

  31. When All of the receipts are records you hit the Print Proof and Close button. • A Proof of Receipts reports is now prepared to verify receipts recorded. Click the Mouse to proceed to the next slide.

  32. The Next Tab is for Reporting. • Here you can reprint necessary reports if you have printer issues or prepare various analytical reports.. Click the Mouse to proceed to the next slide.

  33. The Next Tab is for Year End Processing. • Here you print necessary 1099’s, prepare year-end reports and purge older records form the database. Click the Mouse to proceed to the next slide.
