  6. The Reality….. • Implementation in Practice has to overcome: • Lack of broad funding • Frequent changes in leadership roles • Limited Resources • Competing/changing priorities. • Language confusion

  7. Strategies to impact the long-term implementation • Networking • Baseline information to leaders and educators • Persistence – “Slow and Steady” • Crosswalks help with language differences • Don’t try to QSENIZE everything at once. • Consistency • Committed nucleus of knowledgeable QSENITES.

  8. Resources for ongoing Implementation Strategies/Sharing QSEN Practice Task Force • Support from national members • Exchange of ideas • Continue to support moving QSEN into Practice • New strategies | tools • QSEN becomes part of every conversation
