Alex M. Sova has been contributing to his community since he joined the Michigan Minority Business Development Council (now called the Michigan Minority Supplier Development Council) over thirty years ago. Sova founded his own steel company called Sova Steel in the early 1990s and bought an envelope manufacturing company in 2003. Sova lives and works in Southfield, Michigan to this day.
