Calculus (Grade 12) Requirements: Successful completion of Algebra 1, Geometry, Algebra 2, Pre-Calculus Honors with a B OR Pre-Calculus Academic with an A or better Calculus emphasizes a multi-representational approach to calculus with concepts expressed numerically, geometrically, verbally and analytically. People who want to go to top colleges, and/or want their choice of high paying jobs someday should definitely take this class. AP Calculus is also available with the permission of your present teacher for those who want college credit.
