  3. WHAT IS S-102 • Replacement Of Water Curring • • Concrete Curing Product Used On Concrete Floors/Decks, Pavements, Vertical Applications, Structural Concrete, Bridges And Precast Elements. • • Water‐based Sodium Silicate Solution. • • Clear Solution. Can Be Produced In Red Colour Using A Dye. • • Non‐film Forming Reactive Curing Material • • Requires No Mixing, Dilution Or Agitation • • S‐102 Has An Indefinite Shelf‐life

  4. How it Works? • • Sodium silicate reacts with hydrating cement products to produce additional gel at or very near concrete surface. • • Added gel fills and blocks the channels responsible for moisture escape from the • concrete surface. • • Preserving more moisture reduces surface tension responsible for plastic shrinkage cracking. • • Prevention of moisture loss maintains high relative humidity inside the concrete.

  5. ADVANTAGES DURING CURING • • Applied earlier than other curing products. • • Mitigates plastic shrinkage cracking. • • Very effective in hot, dry or windy environment • • Excellent surface finishing aide. • • Produces less permeable more durable surfaces.

  6. ADVANTAGES AFTER CURING APPICATION • • Surface is available for foot traffic as soon as the surface is dry without affecting the cure. • • If red dye is used the colour will last for 4‐5 days then it will dissipate. • • Surface is compatible with all topically applied materials without extra preparation. • • Surface is paintable in 5 days.

  7. ADVANTAGES DURING CURING • • Applied earlier than other curing products. • • Mitigates plastic shrinkage cracking. • • Very effective in hot, dry or windy environment • • Excellent surface finishing aide. • • Produces less permeable more durable surfaces.

  8. WHY SINAK ? • Water is prime and major factor for curing, the availability of water resources at sight to provide curing in High Rise Buildings, Curvature, Cross Corner designs, Bridges, Pools etc. are now days very tough and costly too. It’s also needs day to day curing perfection including labour engaged on sight. Also in some of the area the pure water is not available, the water like in Mumbai is salty “KHARA PANI” affecting the strength of iron bars and concrete is major factor.

  9. WHY SINAK ? • • Sinak S-102 is replacement of water curing method with almost same strength and quality as per idle standards of water curing saves the labour cost, supervision on sight, blocking of other related equipments till 7 days of curing not completed, including the WATER- A nature Resources.

  10. GRENN REVOLUTION • • Help nature by preventing this endless uses of water resources by replacing the SINAK S-102. • Let us Join hands to make India Green by stopping Natural water sources utilisation for curing.
