  3. Criteria • Within 1.0 mile to the US52, 26, 231 (Buffer) • Within 1.0 mile to at least one church and one grocery (Buffer) • More than 3 bed rooms (Select) • Less than 50 years old. (download) ”Some insurance companies either may not insure very old homes or offer a limited coverage” (Indiana Department of Insurance, 2005) • Price less than $1,500,000 (Select) • Less driving distance to the children’s school and CE building (Network Analyst considering the employee gives a ride to her children)
