  1. Reasons Why Feedback is Important

  2. Feedback occurs when an environment reacts to behaviour or an action. For an instance, customer feedback is the buyer's reaction to a company’s services, policies or products; and ‘employee performance feedback’ is the employee's’ reaction to feedback from their manager. This exchange of information involves both performance expected and performance exhibited.

  3. Reasons why feedback is so important Feedback is always there: Feedback is around us all the time. Every time we speak to a employee, person, vendor, customer, etc., we communicate feedback. In actuality, it’s impossible not to give feedback. Feedback is effective listening: Whether the feedback is done via a feedback survey or verbally, the person for example we take customer feedbackthen they needs to know they have been understood and they need to know that their feedback provides some value

  4. Feedback can motivate: Feedback for employees can actually motivate them to perform better. Employees like to feel appreciate and valued being asked to provide feedback that can formulate business decisions. And feedback from suppliers, stakeholders, client, and vendors can be used to motivate to build better working relations. Improve performance: Feedback is often mistaken for criticism. In fact, what is viewed as negative criticism is actually constructive criticism and is the best find of feedback that can help to formulate better decisions to improve and increase performance.
