Research Assistant • Seconded from IRHA until Jan. 2008 • .4 EFT for FEA project • Main roles • Regional consultations & assessment activities • Literature reviews & development of RHA resource list • Assist in development of assessment instrument • Support FEA Advisory Group & PIs • Project evaluation activities

Research Activities & Findings to Date • Conducted phone interview with 15 NTK Team Members and 8 CEOs • Variation in levels of enthusiasm for this project • between RHAs & within RHAs • both at the NTK Team level & CEO level • Variation in suggested audiences for initial presentations • levels within the RHA & #’s of participants • Variation in role expectations, NTK team

  6. Upcoming Research Activities • Complete NTK Team & CEO contacts • Literature review (ongoing) • Site visits (to incl. presentations & interviews/focus groups) planned for: • Churchill • Burntwood • Central • NE Man • Parkland
