Who Formed Well Health Insurance Ltd.? • Captive Resources introduced the group stop-loss captive concept to its current casualty captive customers • Captive Resources introduced the group stop-loss captive concept to the brokerage community • Captive Resources worked with the stop-loss marketplace and started a relationship with Berkley as the program’s policy issuing carrier, reinsurer and underwriter • The Program added its first partner company in May 2011 and now covers over 10,000 lives
