  4. How to use words with “no” “no” has two functions: • as ‘s (possesive)my = watashino • as words gluetwo + brothers = futarinootouto Watashi no kazokuwa chichi to haha to futarinootouto to watashidesu.

  5. How to connect words with “と” Watashi no kazokuwa chichi とhahaとaniとwatashidesu. • You don’t use “と”to combine sentences. You have to start a new sentence when the subject changes. Ex. Chichi no namaewa Steve desutohaha no namaewa Kathy desu. 

  6. Create sentences • My family is 5 people.(My family has 5 people) • My family is father, mother, two younger sisters, and me. • Younger sister’s name is Sachiko. • She likes school. • She does not like Sushi.
