Session Content • 100% of delegates would not add/change/remove any of the content • The day was described as “very informative”, “interesting” & “thoroughly enjoyable” Comments “Session was well ran - honestly a lot better than I thought it would be. Thank you it was not death by powerpoint ” “ Very worthwhile - Thank you ” “Really interesting session, time well spent ” “Well informed and well presented”

  8. “ Pulled together various ideas and improvement techniques from all areas of endoscopy and put them into one clear goal to aim for” “ Informative but laid back. Roland & Debbie are excellent” “ Networking - Good to share/hear from others” “ I feel motivated & enthused” “ Characteristics of effective leaders” “ How to facilitate and adopt change” “ Focus on leadership.   9. What will you do as a result of the training day “ Better view of endoscopy & patient care goals” “ Revisit meetings & review purpose. Ensure regular briefings with key staff” “ Look at my own leadership skills and how I can improve them” “ Try and implement positive changes within my role” “ Meet with colleagues who attended” “ Progress with actions identified” “ Act on what I have learned here today” “ Relay information to the team at the next nurse meeting and encourage involvement” “ Start focusing on getting tasks completed” “ Try different strategies to engage staff”

  10. Final comments “ Usually I try not to give too high marks, however I could not fault the course” “ Very enjoyable. Well organised and effective session and will hopefully get a lot out of it” “ Really interesting day” “ Helpful day which will assist us in moving forward with the service and help me improve as a leader” “ Enjoyable day, learnt loads”
