Expected Outcomes • Regional collaboration on the development of leisure services and facilities • Increased pooling of resources and shared services to ensure the sustainability of leisure programs and services • A governance model for inter-community decision-making related to leisure services delivery • Enhanced awareness of the value of leisure services in the region
