  2. CONCEPTUALIZACION Es un primer encuentro con el experto en emprendimiento donde el emprendedor recibe información sobre los procesos y la dinámica del sistema de emprendimiento: 
- Etapas de pre incubación e incubación empresarial
- Direccionamiento hacia las instituciones competentes, de acuerdo al estado de la propuesta.

  3. OBJETIVOS • Permitir hacer un diagnóstico del estado de la idea o proyecto. • Determinar las acciones ideales para su desarrollo y fortalecimiento.

ACTIVIDAD GRUPAL • DEBE SER UNA IDEA DE NEGOCIO EN LA QUE SE MUESTRE EL APORTE INTELECTUAL DE CADA UNO DE LOS INTEGRANTES DEL EQUIPO. • ESPECIFICAR LAS FUNCIONES Y EL PORQUE DE SU CARGO EN LA IDEA DE NEGOCIO. • CADA GRUPO SOCIALIZARA LAS PROPUESTAS DE NEGOCIO Y ANALIZARAN ESTAS PREGUNTAS: - ¿ ES MAS FACIL AFRONTAR UNA IDEA DE NEGOCIO INDIVIDUALMENTE? - ¿QUÉ ACTIVIDADES PUEDEN POTENCIALIZAR TU EMPRENDIMIENTO?
