  2. Aman Syal Aman Syalis coming from a business rotary family that desires to work for social upliftment and empowerment. He is becoming a leader of the business consultancy in the field of inclination and immigration in the European country.

My Professional Journey My personal and professional development took a big leap due to my strong inclination towards social causes, which got me along with people from all walks of life and helped me a lot to develop my skills as a team player and an organizer Received As per my desire to work for social upliftment and empowerment, I joined Rotaract, which led me to lead for 3 consecutive years as a club leader and 3 years as a key member of the district team at Rotaract Given a unique opportunity. In my years with Rotract, as a youth I had the opportunity to lead large teams for the execution of large fund raising and social upliftment projects. This performance was a great boost to my personal confidence and leadership.

  4. My Academic Life My years in school were probably the best years of my life where I enjoyed my academic life with my friends, while developing a strong and independent personality for myself. During my Bachelor course my years at Bachelor College were fun in themselves but nothing compared to my days in school. After completing my bachelor's degree in commerce, I moved to the United States to complete my Masters qualification in Business Administration. After completing my studies, I worked with many large corporations to gain experience and improve my personal skills

My Passion for Social Empowerment My desire to be with my family brought me back to India, where my bug for social empowerment started me again in my professional career as well as once again started my journey to help my underprivileged, to such an extent Till I helped for the merits of law The poor were vulnerable to their problems. I always had a group of people who used to come to me with their problems and legal issues. Even today I take a keen interest in working for the upliftment of Dalits, as well as issues such as working for girls and empowerment of women are very close to my heart.
