WI Natural Resources Board October 2017 Webcast

This agenda item discusses the Go Wild Permanent Rule, CS-03-16, which is required to allow for the continued use of the statewide licensing system known as "Go Wild". The rule maintains the majority of provisions from the two Emergency Rules and includes amendments to definitions, tag validation and attachment, and expanded approvals and distribution of DMAP tags. The proposal also aligns with the state budget provisions outlined in the 2017 Wisconsin Act 59. The Wildlife's Emergency Rule is expected to be in effect by March 1, 2018, pending approval from the Board.
