  1. The Beatitudes – Mat 5:3-12 • “Do not think that I came to destroy the Law” – Mat 5:17 • The “Model Prayer” – Mat 6:9-15 • “Judge not” – Mat 7:1

Matthew 7:21-23 (NKJV) 21 "Not everyone who says to Me, 'Lord, Lord,' shall enter the kingdom of heaven, but he who does the will of My Father in heaven. 22 Many will say to Me in that day, 'Lord, Lord, have we not prophesied in Your name, cast out demons in Your name, and done many wonders in Your name?' 23 And then I will declare to them, 'I never knew you; depart from Me, you who practice lawlessness!'

  3. God wants all to be saved – 1 Tim 2:4; 2 Peter 3:9 • God has made provision so that everyone could be saved – John 3:16; Titus 2:11 • But few will be saved – Mat 7:13,14; 1 John 5:19

  4. “Good” folks? – Ephe. 2:8,9; Acts 10:1,2,22; John 8:24 • Far off, ignorant folks? – 2 Tim 2:4; Act 17:30; Mark 16:15,16; Col. 1:23 • Relatives? – Mat 10:34-37; Luke 14:26;

  5. Even MANY who profess Jesus as Lord – Mat 7:22,23; Luke 6:46 • Even MANY who prophesied, cast out demons & did many works! – Mat 7:22,23; Col 3:17 • Even MANY who have a zeal for God, but not according to knowledge – Rom. 10:1-4

  6. Must hear & Obey Jesus – Mat 17:5; 7:24-27; James 1:22-25; 2:14-26; Heb 5:8,9; • Must obey the gospel of Christ – Mark 16:16; Acts 2:38; 2 Thes 1:7-9 • Must enter the straight gate & travel the narrow way! – Mat 7:13,14; John 14:6; Col. 3:5-8;12-17

  7. Many will say unto me in THAT DAY – Mat 7:22; Acts 17:30-32; 2 Peter 3:10-14; 2 Cor 5:10; 2 Thes 1:7-9 • On THAT DAY there will be BUT two classes of people – SAVED & LOST – Mat 25:31-46; Rev 20:11-15;

  8. I never Knew You – (Spoken to people who THOUGHT they were saved) – Prov 14:12; 2 Cor. 13:5; 1 John 4:1; • Depart from Me, - Mat 25:41,45,46; Luke 13:27 • You who practice lawlessness – Col. 3:17; 2 John 9; 2 Thes 1:7-9

  9. Everyone Will NOT Be Saved – Mat 7:21-23 • Many Religious Folks Will Be Lost – Mat 7:22,23 • Only Those Who Do The Will of God Will Be Saved – Mat 7:21 • “That Day” is Coming – Mat 7:22 • The Words - “I Never Knew You, Depart” – Mat 7:23

You Can Be Saved – Mark 16:16; Acts 2:38 • You Can Serve The Lord Acceptably – John 4:24; James 1:26,27 • You CAN Do The Will of The Father And Be Saved – Mat 7:21; 25:34-40; 1 John 5:3 • You Can Be Ready For THAT DAY– 2 Cor 15:58; 2 Peter 3:13,14 • You CAN Hear the Words “Come, you blessed of My Father” – Mat 25:34
