  2. A. Partnership Approval Initial enquiry received. Faculty approaches Director of Marketing and Recruitment (MAR) or vice-versa so MAR can take this forward. MAR discusses proposed partnership with the Executive who recommend for further consideration of proposed partnership. Yes No Executive decline proposal. MAR convey outcome to Faculty and advise the partner Proposal form AQH-I1-1 to be completed Due Diligence Panel (DDP) convened and outcome reported to Academic Development Committee (ADC). DDP outcome to move to quality process for approval Yes No Partnership Development & Approval Panel (PDAP) convened to consider approval of partnership. Risk analysis produced. Partnership declined / stop negotiations. MAR convey outcome to Faculty and advise the partner Site Approval Visit conducted. Partnership Approval Report produced and risk analysis updated. Partnership Approval outcomes considered by Deputy Vice Chancellor (DVC) Academic (on behalf of Academic Board (AB)). Partnership to proceed? No Yes Partnership Approval Report and requirements evidence considered by Deputy Vice Chancellor Academic (on behalf of Academic Board). All issues must be addressed before partnership commences. Partnership to be approved? No Partnership declined / stop negotiations. MAR convey outcome to Faculty and advise the partner Yes DVC Resources approves Business Plan Collaborative Provision Agreement (CPA) produced and signed. Collaborative Provision Register updated. NB If new programme being developed for Partnership, conducted in accordance with programme approval Response to longer term recommendations to Quality Management Sub Committee (QMSC)who report to Academic Experience Committee (AEC), hence to AB.
