  5. Fiducial Recognition and Board Warpage Reflowlöten - For assemblies, which can not be accurately and reproducibly posi-tioned in the system because of imprecisely cut edges, the optional circuit pattern recognition feature (fiducial recognition) is available. - If boards warp or are warped, an optionally available measuring system will read the deviation and adjust the movement of the axis system accordingly, correcting the deviation.

  6. Trace-Data Acquisition • Documentation, when and under what process conditions a specific board had been soldered • Analysis of the process values (Process Monitoring) as to the permissible limits is possible • Process data can be allocated to individual serial numbers (process trace) • Compatible with the ZVEI-Standard
