Lions in action. One day at my dad’s house, I was watching Animal Planet. It was about fierce lions. When they showed the proud lions up close, I was amazed! I could see their powerful muscles in their legs and paws. I could not believe my eyes.

  2. One day at my dad’s house, I was watching Animal Planet. It was about fierce lions. When they showed the proud lions up close, I was amazed! I could see their powerful muscles in their legs and paws. I could not believe my eyes.

  3. Then they showed what happens when the lionesses hunt. One lioness walked slowly toward a zebra but, instead of chasseing her prey she hid in the yellowish-greenish grass and vanished.

  4. The zebra was unaware of the danger lurking in the African grass. All I could see was two dark yellow eyes in the grass. Just when the zebra was about to run back to its heard the lioness unveiled her self and chased the zebra farther away from the heard. Then other lioness joined the hunt.

  5. Right when the zebra was about to escape from the group of lions one jumped on the zebra and bit it on the neck. Then others did the same and brought the zebra to the ground. Finally it was time to feast. I was so surprised my mouth was open. Ever since I love big cats but, I still don’t want to get to close to one either.
