National Board Certification Portfolio • Separate entries that receive separate scores. • Opportunity to bank scores and retake entries to meet minimum score requirement for certification.

  6. What is a PGE? Let’s see what you already know about PGEs Professional Growth Experiences

  7. A PGE is a one-time workshop.

  8. A PGE must evolve.

  9. A PGE can begin before NBPTS certification.

  10. PGE may be reported with unlimited documentation.

  11. PGE must show indirect or direct impact on student learning.

  12. A PGE demonstrates your on-going commitment or contribution to the profession.

  13. PGEs should be multi-faceted.

  14. You cannot write about a PGE if you are no longer in the classroom.

  15. PGEs must demonstrate continued application of current National Board standards.
