  2. WHAT IS MENTORING? • a sustained/enduring relationship between a youth and an adult. Through continued involvement, the adult offers support, guidance, and assistance as the younger person goes through a difficult period, faces new challenges, or works to correct earlier problems.

  3. What is Brother2Brother? • Brother2Brother and Sister2Sister is a mentoring program geared toward Prattville Elementary School students. The purpose of the program is to teach our students social skills that will help them become lifelong learners and productive citizens.

  4. General Information • Target area is 3rd/4th grade students. • We meet from 3:00 p.m. to 4:30 p.m. after school on designated days. • The program includes team building activities, academic tutoring, job interview skills, social skills, college exposure, savings education, educational field-trips, opportunities for spiritual growth and focus on career opportunities. • Students also participate in “Dress for Success” days as designated and a uniform is required.
