  2. Knowledge • Activity- Students will be given an object for all the colors on the color wheel and their own small color wheel. Together as a class we will go through the names of all the colors, the student will then be asked to then match up the two the corresponding color. • Test Question- How many Primary colors are there? • Audience- Mrs Mckay’s Art Class • Behavior- Name the colors • Condition- Identify each color and match appropriately • Degree of Proficiency- to 100% Learning Style- Visual, Tactile

Comprehension • Activity- Students will be given their color wheel and then asked to name and describe how they feel when looking at these colors. • Test Question- Which color makes you feel “blue”? • Audience- Mrs. Mckay’s Art Class • Behavior- Name the colors • Condition- Color associations • Degree of Proficiency- to teachers satisfaction Learning Style- Visual, Auditory

  4. Application • Activity- Each student will be given a blank paper and basic colored pencils/crayons and will be asked to make their own color wheel based on the example. All colors should be place in the same order as shown. • Test Question- List the three colors that follow red on the color wheel ? (clockwise) • Audience- Mrs. Mckay’s Art Class • Behavior- Name the colors • Condition- Identify the colors on the wheel • Degree of Proficiency- to 100% Learning Style- Visual, Tactile

  5. Analysis • Activity- Have each student use the color wheel they created to find the primary colors. Red, Blue, and Yellow. Show them these three make a triangle on the color wheel and all other colors are made of a mixture the three primary colors. • Test Question- What colors are considered primary? • Audience- Mrs. Mckay’s Art Class • Behavior- analyze, compare • Condition- Identify the Primary colors • Degree of Proficiency- to 100% Learning Style- Visual

Synthesis • Activity- Each student will be given the primary colors of paint, they will then be asked to help another class create a color wheel using the three primary to mix the rest of the colors. • Test Question- When you mix red with blue what color does it make? • Audience- Mrs. Mckay’s Art Class • Behavior- create, develop colors • Condition- explaining to another student how to make such color • Degree of Proficiency- to 100% Learning Style- Visual, Tactile, Auditory

Evaluation • Activity- A student will each receive a paper with a color wheel on it, will be asked to label each color and show which three are the primary colors by drawing a triangle connecting the three. • Test Question- What did they enjoy or dislike about this assignment? After learning the colors did their favorite color change? Audience- Mrs. Mckay’s Art Class Behavior- will critique Condition- the color wheel and activities done in class Degree of Proficiency- to teachers satisfaction Learning Style- Tactile
