Siapa Terlibat ? • 1 x Pentadbir • 1 x Guru ICT • 5 x Guru Bahasa Inggeris + 5 Murid daripada 3 kelas berasingan • 5 x Guru Bahasa Malaysia + 5 Murid daripada 3 kelas berasingan • 5 x Guru Matematik + 5 Murid daripada 3 kelas berasingan • 5 x Guru Pendidikan Islam / Moral + 5 Murid daripada 3 kelas berasingan • 5 x Guru Sejarah / Kajian Tempatan + 5 Murid daripada 3 kelas berasingan • JUMLAH 62 responden

  3. Log Masuk ke Sistem SSQS • Masuk URL http://ssqs.moe.edu.my/ @ http://pnp.moe.edu.my • Username <kod sekolah> dan Password <123>

  4. Menu SSQS

  5. Klik Menu Print

  6. Print (Sila tekan Ctrl + P)

  7. Simpan TAG untuk digunakan

  8. LOG Keluar

  9. LOG Masuk Sebagai Responden Username < kodsekolah+r > Password < 123 > Contoh SK Puchong, Username ialah < bba8204r > dan Password < 123 >

  10. Pilih Jenis Responden dan TAG Masukan tag yang mengikut responden Buat pilihan responden

  11. Isi Maklumat Diperlukan

  12. Ulang Sehingga Habis 62 Responden PIHAK PKG AKAN MEMANTAU PROGRES ANDA HUBUNGI KAMI JIKA BERMASALAH
