First Exam Based on Assignments and Lectures 20 Multiple Choice Questions Exam is open-book, open note Be sure to bring to the exam: #2 Pencils Calculator Car Policy, including Declarations page Student Health Insurance Policy You may also want to bring to the exam: Textbook Assignments and Keys Lecture Notes

  3. Prohibited Material • All communication devices are prohibited during the exam • Laptop computers • Cell phones • Don’t plan to use your cell phone as a clock or calculator • BlackBerry devices • Any other communication system

  4. First Exam Exam is approximately: 8 auto questions 3 health policy questions 9 questions on chapters 1, 3, 4, 5, 19 and 25 and the guest lectures
