Análise Serviço (webmail) • Layout incoerente com o resto do sistema. • Todos os mails do utilizador são mostrados no mesmo ecrã. • Não existe informação do estado do utilizador. • Não é possível visualizar se o utilizador recebeu mensagens privadas. • É necessário descer até ao final da página para apagar mensagens. • Se é criada uma pasta no Outlook, não é possível visualiza-la no webmail.
