Öğrenciler: Örgün eğitimde ön lisans, lisans, yüksek lisans veya doktora öğrencisi olanlar (Hazırlık ve son sınıf öğrencileri başvuramaz), AGNO ön lisans ve lisans öğrencileri için 4 üzerinden en az 2,5; yüksek lisans ve doktora öğrencileri için 4 üzerinden en az 3 olanlar başvurabilir. Öğretim Elemanları: Üniversitemizde görevli tüm okutman, öğretim görevlisi, yardımcı doçent, doçent ve profesörler başvurabilir. http://mevlana.yok.gov.tr
