  5. How can we make a difference? Educate the children at Hayes Park School to encourage parents and carers to follow the rules Provide children with the opportunity to understand the road markings Allow children to learn through role play

  6. What are we pitching for?

  7. What do we want to do?

  8. What do we want to achieve? Children become aware of road markings and their meanings Children can use this as role play at playtimes The road markings will be used as a tool to support PSHE lessons This shows that our school takes road safety seriously Children will be encouraged to talk about road safety Children will educate their parents and ask them not to cross at unsafe places on the roads Children will educate parents and ask them not to stop on the yellow zig zag lines Our data will show that the number of tickets issued on the yellow zig zag lines have decreased
