  3. THEY ALL WANT TO BE GOLD Here is a $1 million question: Can you tell who the winners are?

  5. THE BLUE TEAM SUNNY, JOHN, VINCENT HARRY, JOE, ED HOWARD, BRAD

  6. THE FINAL PAIRINGS Initial prediction was that this may end up in a tie. However, as erratic as SIMON was, he prevailed against the BLUEs’ Captain BRAD GOLDs are 1-up At the 1st tee, CHRIS smashed his drive dead centre which seems to have rattled KING KONG. HARRY’s drive caused a heart attack on earth worms as his ball rumbles along the dirt less than 120 yards left of the fairway. When CHRIS birdied, HARRY could not recover throughout the game. GOLDs are up 2-0

  7. THE FINAL PAIRINGS The plan to match up EL CAPITAN against the LITTLE TIGER may have backfired. JOE is fresh from a string of 78’s and has been known to “sink them from all over the place”. However, as ERNIE found the green in regulation on the 1st tee for a 2-putt par, and JOE bogied, it seems to have dictated the outcome: a 10-4 points for the GOLD. GOLDs up 3-0 JOHN was forewarned not to be “too friendly” to relatives – especially those living on tree huts. HE was smashing them far but his visits in the woods caused him the match. CHANG HJ played it cool to go 9-4. GOLDs are up 4-0

  8. THE FINAL PAIRINGS The “grudge match” between GOLDs’ Captain HAN and HOWARD was predicted to be one of the toughest in the final pairings. However, HORANGI was able to hold the charge that HOWARD gallantly mounted GOLDs up 5-0 and SEAL VICTORY Our best player, DAVID was stymied by MR. LUCKY. “He chips and putts them in from everywhere”, says David. It turns out that VINCENT’s victory for the BLUEs no longer counted. GOLDS up 5-1

  9. THE FINAL PAIRINGS GERRY was paired against the senior suspected of being on PED. (Does he have connection to Victor Conte?) It seems that this was a very close match but GERRY took a point from ED. GOLDs up 6-1 If there ever was a “conspiracy” to win a point by hook or by crook, this has to be “it”. SUNNY was seen driving into the parking lot with a “brand new” Audi SUV – from BILL’s shop. Apparently, he told BILL before the match, “Hmmmm…..do you want me to talk about the “good things about the Audi?” Well, that pretty well snagged the ONLY OTHER WIN for the BLUEs. GOLDS up 6-2

  10. TWO RECORDS that may not be broken 1) JOHN had a BIRDIE PUTT on #7 after a monster drive just 40 yard from the green. He could not “touch” his next putt as it just kept rolling off the green. On the very next hole, he deposit his tee shot to earn a KP. He not only missed his birdie putt, he had to take his next shot from the front bunker! Aaaarrrrrrggggg! (He made his bogie putt, though.) 2) CHANG HJ was also on the green on the par 3 8th hole putting for a birdie from about 25 feet left of the green. The putt just would not stop rolling and ended up in deep rough. No sweat. This is no big deal for the single handicapper. His chip rolled up the green and “stopped” and it started tricking back down – in deeper rough just 12 inches from the trap where JOHN had to extricate his 3rd shot. Yes, he almost broke his wedge!

  11. Previous ryder cup winnerSAND CELEBRATION Note: BLUEs won in 2011 with GERRY and ERNIE on their team. HOWARD suggested a formal induction of members to either team for future MATCH PLAY TOURNAMENTS. Everyone seems in agreement!
