  2. I forgot to do something for the Boss : ( Can you help me please?

  3. You need to download the letter which I started… It’s for this Italian company who are selling Pizza ovens…

  4. The password to open the letter is pizza…

  5. You need to start by typing Paulo’s address above the salutation (Dear Paulo) His address is in a file called Paulo’s address…

  6. Insert today’s date between the address and the salutation. Make use of the automatic date function in Word to do this…

  7. Change the title of the letter to ALL CAPITALS…

  8. The margins are a bit big… Can you change the left and right margins both to 2cm…

  9. Our company logo needs to be added to the header. I suggest TOP RIGHT This is saved in a file called company letterhead.

  10. Can you add the company contact details (also in the same file) to a sensible place in the letter… You decide where

  11. Can you add the graph to the letter using the sales figures Paulo gave us… I’ve already entered these into an Excel file called… Sales Figures.

  12. The graph needs a suitable title… I would also like to you to use an Italian colour theme for the graph Can you change it and re-add it please

  13. Can you finish the letter appropriately and print it out please… Make any changes you see fit… Add your name at the bottom so you get the credit…
