Educational Degrees and Certifications • PhD in Education Capella University • Emphasis on Training and Performance Improvement • MS in International Relations Troy State University • Certified Technical Trainer (CTT+), CompTIA • Certified Instructor and Master Training Specialist, US Air Force, Pensacola, FL • Adobe Certified Expert (ACE), Adobe Captivate

  3. Employment Highlights • Served my country in the US Air Force • for 20 years. Best move I ever made. • Occupation was signals intelligence (SIGINT) field analyst • Became certified technical trainer along the way and realized that education was my calling • Discovered the thrill of delivering stand-up and hands-on training to young military recruits

Employment Highlights • E-learning course developer • Used sophisticated software • to create virtual, online training • modules • Used sound bites, animation, pointers, highlighters, and narration to clarify difficult concepts. • Room for creativity & sense of humor • Many users accessed these courses via the web 24/7. How cool is that? Extremely!

  6. Places I’ve lived • Philadelphia, PA • Born and raised there. • Lots of good memories. Like they say, there’s no place like home.

  7. Places I’ve lived • Misawa, Japan • What a neat experience, to live in Asia and learn another culture as the first duty assignment in the military Hey, that’s me at the top of Mount Fuji! Awesome!

  8. Places I’ve lived • Bavaria, Germany • To me, the most beautiful place on Earth.

  9. Places I’ve lived • Pensacola, Florida • Nice place to live. Friendly people, beaches are clean and not too crowded.
