  3. Value-creating system • Consider IKEA as a value-creating system. What is the major transformation/process? • What are the major inputs? • What are the major outputs – value? • Who are the major actors in the environment of IKEA?

  4. Business systems • Consider IKEA in terms of the distinction between activity systems, information systems and ICT systems. Can you provide an example of each in terms of the case?
