  2. 1 ZASADA • Zachowaj odpowiednią odległość oczu od monitora(50cm). Środek ekranu powinien być na wysokości twojej brody.

  3. 2 ZASADA • Pamiętaj o dobrym oświetleniu biurka podczas pracy z komputerem.

  4. 3 ZASADA Nie stawiaj obok komputera napojów i jedzenia.

  5. 4 ZASADA • Utrzymuj ład i porządek wokół komputera.

  6. 5 ZASADA • Baw się i ucz przy komputerze nie dłużej niż godzinę dziennie.

  7. 6 ZASADA • Krzesło, na którym siedzisz powinno mieć regulowane: • Wysokość oraz kąt • Nachylenie oparcia. • Powinno być wyposażone w podpórki pod łokcie.

  8. Należy przestrzegać tych zasad!!!
