Consumer/Family Satisfaction Team (CFST) Surveys • People are interviewed every six months after they are discharged from Mayview. • We first reviewed interview data in August 08. • We identified three priority areas for counties/Steering Committee: • Social life, community integration, family involvement • Work and education • Physical health/coordination with mental health
